We are easily reachable by email and WhatsApp. We usually respond within a few minutes or hours. Our maximum response time is 24 hours, which means you will always receive a reply within that time frame.

These terms and conditions apply to all our products, services, actions, purchases, returns, and to our webshop.
We aim to make our terms as clear as possible so that you have a good understanding before making a purchase.

If any additional terms apply to specific products or services, we will clearly inform you before your purchase.
Article 4. Our Offer

Typing or writing errors do not bind us to any agreement.
Article 5. Agreement
An agreement is accepted once a customer places an order on our website.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
As a customer, you are responsible for providing correct and complete information such as your address, name, email address, and phone number.
Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.
Article 6. Returns
After receiving your product, you have 14 days to inspect it, test it, and inform us if you wish to return it.
We will refund your payment within 14 days after we have received the returned product in its original condition and packaging.
Damage, visible use, or destruction of the product or its packaging will result in rejection of your return.
We will only cover the return shipping costs if:

we sent the wrong item,

we made an error, or

the product arrived damaged or defective.
In all other cases, the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Article 8. Delivery and Fulfilment
We will do everything possible to deliver a complete, well-packaged, and carefully prepared product to you within the agreed time frame.
Delivery times depend on the country of destination:

Within the Netherlands: usually 1–2 working days

Belgium: usually 2–3 working days

Other countries: delivery times may vary
We use the services of PostNL, DHL, FedEx, and UPS for shipping.
If, for any reason, an item cannot be delivered on time, we will inform you within one month, and a refund will be processed immediately.
The risk of a lost package during shipping or delivery is our responsibility.
If we fail to deliver your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order without providing a reason.
Your purchase amount and any shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days after cancellation.

We offer the following payment methods:
iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal.
If something goes wrong during the payment process, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can submit a complaint via email or Business WhatsApp.
We prefer written communication to avoid misunderstandings.
You can expect a response within 24 hours after submitting your complaint.
If we cannot reach a solution together, you may always file a formal dispute.
